Facilities Maintenance Manager M/F

Your role, as a Facilities Maintenance Manager M/F, will be to be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of service providers for all installation services within your scope.

Missions

• Coordinate, monitor service providers and their obligations for all services within your scope, lead meetings, supervise their performance and that of our partners
• Maintain and operate installations to ensure business continuity, asset reliability, and compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations. Guarantee the compliance of premises in terms of local regulations and obligations, and signage.
• Provide support to facilities and respect the commitments defined by Management
• Monitor key performance indicators and service level metrics to improve performance and cost transparency.
• Manage and monitor health, safety, security, and emergency preparedness (HSSE): access control, security procedures, safety drills, and compliance with incident management procedures.
• Coordinate space planning, furniture management, and moves in partnership with real estate. Manage office space to optimize team organization and working conditions, implementing group standards and culture (internal/external)
• Manage office services and supplies, monitor work experiences
• Contribute to the broader project of sustainability and environmental compliance: implement actions, collect data, support certifications and best practices
• Manage supplier budgets, guarantee contractual compliance, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement and corporate governance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Your English level is, at least, operational orally and in writing in order to be able to interact in an international environment
• You have already held a similar position for a minimum of 5 years: mastery of equipment maintenance, fire safety regulations, management of maintenance operations, space, and supplies
• You manage your mission with a sense of responsibility to meet expectations.
• You know how to plan, manage your organization, and work autonomously.
• You are customer/satisfaction oriented, focused on quality monitoring, and rigorous.
• You find solutions to the problems encountered in the monitoring and management of your files

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €38,000 - €45,000 Gross Annual depending on profile
