Sales Administration Manager M/F

Your role will be to ensure the complete management of the customer order cycle, while guaranteeing quality follow-up with various internal and external stakeholders.

Missions

• Enter and track customer orders through to delivery in SAP.
• Ensure the follow-up of a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Manage a high volume of daily orders.
• Process customer requests and incoming emails.
• Monitor delivery times and inform customers of any discrepancies.
• Manage disputes and complaints.
• Ensure the follow-up of automatic invoicing.
• Collaborate closely with the Production, Planning, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in the smooth running of operations in an international context.

Candidate Profile

• You have a successful first experience in ADV, customer relations, or order management.
• You enjoy teamwork and fast-paced environments.
• You are proficient in SAP.
• You have an intermediate to fluent level of English (oral exchanges).
• Organization, rigor, and priority management are expected.
• You demonstrate adaptability and enjoy versatile missions.

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €38,000 - €40,000 Gross Annual, depending on profile Conditions: 37 hours per week Benefits: restaurant vouchers, RTT
