About the company

A global company in the property and infrastructure industry is currently seeking a 6 months contract Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

Your tasks

The role oversees financial reporting and management oversight for funds under management, including the preparation and review of financial statements, audit reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, quarterly investor reports, and capital account statements.

Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation, while ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and financing requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, and Malaysia.

Manage audit processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including management, investors, auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and other service providers, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard fund assets, strengthen data integrity, and optimise cash management.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy, with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Fund Controller or Senior Fund Accounting role. Prior experience in private equity or real estate is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, fund structures, and fund operations is essential.
