The Company

A well-established company in the logistics industry is currently seeking a Part Time HR Generalist to join their dynamic team.

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to support various HR operations and initiatives. The role will be involved in drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbooks, supporting the implementation of the e-leave system, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with other ad-hoc HR projects as required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to gain broad exposure across different areas of HR and contribute to improving HR processes within the organisation.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations and employee documentation. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic HR practices and employment processes, strong attention to detail, and good organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, together with good written and verbal communication skills, is required.
