The Company

Our client is an established international organisation with a global procurement function supporting multiple regions. They are seeking an experienced Global IT Procurement Manager to provide interim coverage while the business evaluates its longer-term permanent requirements. This is a 12 month contract with an ASAP start.

The Role

Reporting directly to the hiring manager, you will join an 11-person procurement team and take ownership of a global IT and technology category portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on role combining category strategy with day-to-day procurement execution across software, SaaS, enterprise licensing and strategic technology vendors.

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies across IT, software, SaaS and technology categories.

• Lead commercial negotiations for enterprise software, licensing arrangements and technology services.

• Review contracts, licensing models, pricing structures and commercial terms.

• Manage global and regional technology vendors and support supplier performance initiatives.

• Identify cost-saving, risk-reduction and value-creation opportunities.

• Partner with senior business, technology, finance and procurement stakeholders.

• Work closely with regional procurement teams across APAC, including Australia and Japan.

• Take ownership of procurement activities and independently drive them through to completion.

Your Profile

• Significant experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing or IT category management.

• Strong knowledge of software, SaaS and enterprise licensing models.

• Proven experience managing complex commercial negotiations and strategic technology vendors.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders within a regional or global organisation.

• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

• Able to work independently, take ownership quickly and build trust across a multicultural environment.

• SAP commercial or licensing experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

• Singapore-based candidates are strongly preferred.
