Reporting to the Europe Administrative and Financial Director, you lead the entire finance function within your scope.

You manage a team of approximately 25 employees spread across several sites and support organizational transformation in a demanding international context.

Beyond financial supervision, you play a major role in process harmonization projects, performance improvement, and change management.

Missions

  • As a true business partner, you support Management in strategic decision-making and actively contribute to the implementation of Group orientations. Through your cross-functional vision and proximity to operations, you foster collaboration between the different functions of the company and play a driving role in transformation and performance improvement projects.
  • You supervise the statutory accounts of the subsidiaries within your scope while collaborating closely with auditors to ensure compliance with local legal requirements as well as US GAAP standards.
  • You analyze business performance by identifying key operational and financial levers, explaining observed variances, and implementing the necessary actions to optimize operational efficiency and product profitability.
  • You guarantee the reliability of budgets, forecasts, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • You ensure the analysis and presentation of the region's financial performance and lead budgeting exercises in close collaboration with the European FP&A teams.
  • You guarantee compliance with the Group's internal control and compliance requirements through the management of SOX frameworks, supervision of tax obligations, monitoring of investments and fixed assets, as well as the control of intercompany flows.

Candidate Profile

  • With a Master's degree (BAC+5) in finance, you have 10 years of experience in similar roles within an international group, with initial experience in an audit or accounting firm
  • You have worked within standardized environments requiring mastery of IFRS and/or US GAAP frameworks and a good understanding of internal control mechanisms (SOX)
  • You are proficient in ERPs, ideally SAP
  • Professional English.

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €130,000 - €140,000 Gross fixed annual + variable Benefits: company car, profit sharing & employee savings schemes Conditions: regular travel.
