Export Logistics Coordinator M/F
Your role as an Export Logistics Coordinator M/F will be to ensure the coordination of logistical flows between production, warehouse, and transport in order to guarantee an optimal level of service. Missions Management of logistical flows
- Plan and coordinate daily shipments
- Monitor inbound / outbound flows (raw materials and finished products)
- Adjust priorities in connection with production and customer orders
Transport & provider coordination
- Organize routes in connection with carriers
- Monitor deliveries and manage contingencies (delays, non-conformities.)
- Occasionally negotiate lead times and optimize transport costs
Stock management
- Guarantee stock reliability (FIFO, DLC, traceability)
- Supervise inventories and analyze discrepancies
- Anticipate shortages and overstocks
Internal interface
- Close collaboration with various internal departments
- Ensure the fluidity of information and compliance with customer deadlines
Performance monitoring
- Analyze logistics indicators
- Implement continuous improvement actions
- Participate in the optimization of logistics processes.
Candidate Profile
- You have a BAC+2 degree in transport and logistics, International Trade
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the agri-food industry or a constrained environment.
- You speak English fluently and proficiency in Spanish is a real plus.
- You have perfect mastery of Pack Office with EXCEL (TCD/RV).
- You demonstrate organization and reactivity, have the ability to coordinate multiple interlocutors, and have a sense of customer service. Furthermore, your writing skills are recognized by all.
