FP&A Financial Controller M/F

Your role will be to contribute to the company's financial management by ensuring budget monitoring and performance analysis.

Missions

Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will contribute to the company's financial management by ensuring budget monitoring, performance analysis, and the production of indicators necessary for decision-making.

Main Missions

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor their realization.
• Build and evolve dashboards and performance indicators.
• Collect and analyze data from operational departments.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budget and propose corrective actions.
• Produce reporting and present analyses to Management.
• Participate in budget control and group management control.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of management tools and processes.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in finance (Bachelor's degree or higher)
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• First experience in FP&A Controlling, audit/consulting firm, or financial analysis.
• Mastery of Excel and a strong appetite for analysis tools.
• Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with operational stakeholders.

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 Gross Annual Remote work: 1 day
