Commercial Controller M/F

Your role, as a Commercial Controller M/F, will be to step in as part of a maternity leave replacement.

Missions

• Act as a true "Business Partner" to the Operations, After-Sales Services, Sales, Communication, and Product Marketing Departments.
• Participate in performance management: monitoring costs, forecasts, monthly closings, budgets, margins, and project profitability.
• Analyze variances between objectives and results, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
• Support leaders in managing profitability and decision-making.
• Improve the tools, methods, and procedures for management control.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and studies to support decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in management, finance, accounting, or a degree with a specialization in finance/management/accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control, ideally acquired in international, complex, and dynamic environments.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a good understanding of business issues and a strong customer orientation.
• Curiosity, proactivity, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to evolve in environments undergoing full transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, power of persuasion and conviction, with the ability to unite people around common projects.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent mastery of the Office Pack, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in SAP is highly appreciated.

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €38,000 - €40,000 Gross Annual on 12 months
