Accounts Receivable Accountant - English M/F

Your role as an Accounts Receivable Accountant - English M/F will be to ensure the reliability of customer accounts.

Missions Under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager of the division, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Establish customer invoicing in compliance with procedures
• Ensure the accuracy of various accounting documents related to customer invoicing (invoices, contracts, calculation bases)
• Analyze and justify customer accounts (follow-up, reconciliation, aging balance)
• Publish monthly customer receivables
• Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings (accrued income, prepaid expenses, impairment of customer accounts)

Candidate Profile

• You have a BTS in accounting management
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable with autonomy regarding the closing process
• You will use English in writing and speaking in this position
• You are proficient in Excel and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Oracle is a plus

Conditions and Benefits Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 Gross Annual on 13 months Conditions: 35 hours per week
