Site Project Manager M/F

Your role will be to guarantee the proper execution of site activities in compliance with Cost/Quality/Deadline objectives and the contractual framework.

Missions

Site Preparation

• Clarify technical and organizational matters with the client.
• Develop the site schedule taking into account assembly ranges and project constraints.
• Define the necessary human and material resources.
• Coordinate resource mobilization and ensure the monitoring of changes.
• Organize the transport and provision of tools and equipment.
• Prepare and lead kickoff meetings with the final client and internal teams.

Site Monitoring and Management

• Ensure progress monitoring with the client.
• Update schedules and identify any potential deviations.
• Define and manage the action plans necessary to meet milestones.
• Monitor and optimize expenditures and identify any potential budget deviations.
• Manage requests for mobilization and demobilization of resources.
• Provide support in resolving complex site contingencies.
• Organize material replenishment.
• Participate in the preparation of any site claims with the Project Manager.
• Control the proper receipt and compliance of documents necessary for site monitoring.
• Be required to travel occasionally to the site as needed.

Candidate Profile

With an Engineer/Master's degree (BAC+5) background, you ideally have experience in project management, site coordination, or an industrial environment.

Significant operational experience on-site may also be considered.

• Mastery of project management fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Spanish or German would be a plus.
• Experience in an industrial / site environment is strongly appreciated.

Conditions and Benefits

Salary: €60,000 Gross Annual
