Missions
Personnel Administration
- Manage entries/exits, draft contracts, amendments, and administrative documents
- Create and maintain personnel files, monitor probation periods and medical visits
- Ensure the monitoring of residence permits and work authorizations
Social Law & Compliance
- Guarantee the application of the Code du travail, the collective agreement, and internal agreements

- Gather needs, draft and post job offers, conduct interviews
- Prepare job offers and organize the integration of new employees
Time Management, Payroll & Reporting
- Manage leave, absences, and attendance time
- Collect and control payroll variables, prepare data for the service provider
- Ensure workforce monitoring, HR reporting, and management of the training plan
Employee Relations
- Act as the local HR contact for employees and managers
- Contribute to maintaining a good social climate
Candidate Profile
- BAC+3 to BAC+5 in HR or Social Law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR
- Ideally from an international environment or one with high operational requirements
- Mastery of labor law, personnel administration, and payroll variables
- Fluent professional English (written and oral) is essential
- Mastery of Office 365
- Software: Silaé

Conditions and Benefits
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 Gross Annual
