Your tasks as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

• Receipt and processing of customer orders
• Recording and administration of contracts and orders in the ERP System
• Creation of customer and article master data
• Creation and control of orders in coordination with the production sites
• Coordination of deliveries and shipping processes to the customer
• Processing of complaints
• Monitoring and controlling the entire material flow

Interface function between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customers

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or professional experience in an industrial company
• Alternatively, career starters or graduates are also possible
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial workflows
• Strong customer orientation
• Experience in handling ERP-Systemen
• English skills at a conversational level
