Your tasks as a Commercial Shipping Clerk (m/f/d)

• Complete processing of import and export shipments
• Verification of export documents as well as delivery note and invoice creation using ERP systems
• Customs clearance using ATLAS and creation and management of BAFA applications
• Coordination of deliveries via freight forwarders and shipping companies
• Creation of statistics for the logistics sector
• Creation of shipping documents

Requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of import and export
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of common MS-Office programs
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Customer-oriented and independent way of working
• Experience in handling SAP is desirable
