For one of our clients based in Aachen, we are looking for a Facility Management Site Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. The entry is via temporary employment, whereby you will receive a permanent employment contract from Robert Half. Tasks:

• Coordination and management of technical facility services at the Aachen location
• Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the infrastructure (utilities, building technology, cleanroom and subfab systems) including maintenance, inspection, and repair
• Building and leading a mixed team (introduction of clear processes, documentation standards, and operating guidelines)
• Management of external partners, engineering offices, and service providers; responsibility for projects to expand and optimize the facility
• Close cooperation with Production, Tool Install, EHS, Quality, and R&D within the framework of the production ramp-up
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements at the location

Requirement profile:

• Professional experience in site management
• Technical vocational training or comparable qualification is mandatory
• English skills in speaking and writing are obligatory.
