From supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration to researching topics such as employee engagement, performance management and organisational development, you'll gain a well-rounded understanding of how HR operates within a fast-growing, international company. This internship offers a combination of practical responsibilities and opportunities for independent research, allowing you to develop your HR expertise, take ownership of tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • HR Research & Projects: Conduct research into HR trends, best practices and organisational challenges, analyse findings and contribute to evidence-based recommendations and HR improvement initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Organisational Development: Support the evaluation of employee engagement initiatives, analyse employee feedback and contribute to projects focused on employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Performance & Talent Management: Assist with research, evaluation and improvements related to performance management, competency frameworks, employee development and talent management.
  • People Analytics & Reporting: Support the collection, analysis and interpretation of HR data, identify relevant trends and help translate findings into actionable insights.
  • HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle: Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, updating HR systems and assisting with employee changes, leave administration and offboarding.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruitment activities, candidate communication, interview coordination and the onboarding of new employees and interns.
  • HR Policies & Process Improvements: Research and review HR policies, support the documentation and improvement of internal procedures, and contribute to more efficient HR workflows.
  • Internal Communication & Employee Support: Assist with HR communications, respond to employee inquiries and support the coordination of HR-related activities and initiatives.
