FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Manager (Healthcare)

Partner with senior leadership to align financial objectives with overall business strategy. Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, feasibility studies and business case evaluations to support strategic decisions, investments, business expansion and M&A activities. Lead and support budgeting processes, prepare regular forecasts and develop comprehensive financial models. Analyse actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends, variances and business drivers. Prepare management reports, financial dashboards and performance analysis for internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Provide financial guidance to business teams to ensure operational plans are aligned with financial targets and organisational objectives. Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting workflows and financial tools to enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Requirements Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Proven track record in business partnering, stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration. Strong systems and process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
