Responsibilities Manage assigned Group Hospitality portfolio (Group Hospitality covers Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, and Portering Services). Drive vendor performance to achieve contractual KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and workplace safety regulations. Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience. Partner stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues, address service gaps, and support operational needs. Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, and documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness. Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimize resource utilisation and value for money. Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that strengthen service delivery, operational resilience, and organizational outcomes. Develop a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching, engagement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirement Min Degree contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field Min 3 years of experience in managing hospitality, facilities management, environmental services, healthcare support services, or similar operational portfolios. Experience in contract and vendor management experience, including driving service providers' performance against KPIs, SLAs, and operational standards.
