UTILITY WORKER

Clean floors: Sweep, dust, wet mop, scrub, scrub or vacuum. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners. Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo carpets. Dust and clean light fixtures, blinds, walls, machines, and equipment. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Operate powered equipment typical used in custodial operations. Keep janitorial closets clean and orderly Perform other related duties as directed. Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
