Sales Executive - East |Perm | Up to $4500

💰 Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Commission / Incentives 📍 Location: Kaki Bukit (East) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning, and Facilities Management services
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up on enquiries, renewals, and account-related matters
- Achieve sales targets and maintain sales records
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience preferred
- Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or related industries is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience engaging clients within property management, commercial, industrial, or corporate environments will be advantageous.
