Your tasks
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking activities according to established procedures.
- Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, and portioning of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.
- Support daily kitchen operations and assist team members as required.
- Restock ingredients and supplies when necessary.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related duties.
- Prior kitchen, food preparation, or F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
- Training will be provided for candidates with no experience.
