ICT Trainer cum Executive (School)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced ICT Trainer cum Executive to conduct ICT training for students and staff while supporting the school’s ICT operations and programmes.  Job Description  Conduct ICT lessons and training for primary school students and staff, covering digital literacy, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, multimedia, Canva, coding and other ICT skills. 

Conduct Digital Media and Robotics CCA lessons according to the school’s programmes. 

Work with teachers to develop ICT lesson resources and promote effective use of digital tools for Teaching & Learning. 

Support ICT administration, asset management, procurement, stock-taking and Computer Laboratory bookings. 

Set up and manage ICT tools and equipment for school operations, including recording, surveys, resource booking and Parent-Teacher Meetings. 

Support school events and competitions through photography, videography, video editing, montages and other digital content. 

Design ICT certificates and presentation materials, administer surveys and generate results. 

Support ICT training programmes and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school. 

Requirements  Diploma or equivalent in IT-related field. 

Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a Primary School environment. 

Proficient in photography, videography and video editing. 

Basic coding skills to support ICT lessons and Code for Fun programmes. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 

Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. 

Others  Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 (12 months) 

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
