AV Assistant (School)

We are seeking a technically proficient AV Assistant to support the school’s AV operations, events and ICT activities.  Job Description  Set up, operate and dismantle AV equipment for lessons, meetings and events. 

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot AV, audio, video and connectivity issues. 

Support live streaming, video recording, photography and hybrid/virtual events. 

Manage and maintain AV equipment, inventory and safety procedures. 

Provide basic training to staff and students on AV tools and equipment. 

Support school events and perform other AV-related duties as assigned. 

Requirements  Diploma in AV, Media, IT, Electronics or related field. 

Preferably 2 years of relevant AV, multimedia or event experience. 

Experience in multimedia, photography, videography and video editing. 

Good knowledge of common AV equipment and video conferencing systems. 

Basic troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

Others   Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 

Option to Extend: 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028 

Location: East, Singapore 

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch
