Your Tasks
- You coordinate and schedule telephone interviews and job interviews
- You specifically search for qualified personnel through Active Sourcing and build a strategic network

- You manage the application process and control the applicant management system
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration, preferably with an HR focus, or a comparable qualification
- You bring at least two years of professional experience in Active Sourcing, preferably in the personnel services industry
- You are communicative and have good English skills
- You are a team player and can coordinate well
