Clerk (m/f/d) Logistics Export

for a client, effective immediately.

• You coordinate and monitor export orders, including schedule tracking and documentation
• Route and freight forwarding dispatch is carried out in close coordination with the specialist departments
• You take care of timely customs declaration and processing
• Exchange with authorities, customers, and service providers is part of your area of responsibility
• You commission services and check incoming invoices
• Additionally, you organize warehouse services and transports for customers
• General administrative tasks round off your field of activity
• You have completed training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• Good written and spoken English skills are present
• You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with the ERP system Navision
• A structured and independent way of working, as well as organizational talent and teamwork skills, characterize you
