Recruiter (m/w/d)

for our branch in Bremen, effective immediately.

• You manage our career portal and communicate professionally with applicants
• The responsibility for supporting selected specialist departments and filling vacant positions lies in your hands
• You design creative ways of employee acquisition and implement them
• The building of a talent pool for your specialist department as well as the corresponding support are also part of your tasks
• You actively approach suitable candidates and use various sourcing channels for this purpose
• You monitor the success of your work and continuously optimize it by creating and evaluating recruiting KPIs
• You have a completed degree (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL) or completed vocational training
• Initial professional experience in recruiting is an advantage
• You also actively approach your internal customers and see yourself as a business partner
• Recruiting is your passion and you can get enthusiastic about technical topics
• You have the desire and will to make a difference and can find your way in a dynamic environment
• You bring experience in dealing with various sourcing channels and enjoy networking
• Very good MS Office and good English skills round off your profile
