Junior Recruiter (m/f/d)

You will manage our career portal, act as a central contact person for our applicants, and independently conduct telephone/virtual interviews.

• You are encouraged to contribute your own initiative and develop creative ideas for acquiring new talent and implement them directly
• Creating and publishing job advertisements as well as building and maintaining a talent pool are part of your tasks
• You actively approach suitable candidates via various channels such as job boards, social media, or networks
• You work closely with sales to develop suitable solutions for the customer

You have a completed degree, completed vocational training, or a comparable qualification Recruiting inspires you and ideally you bring an interest in technical topics You want to make a difference and feel comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment You are familiar with various sourcing channels and enjoy networking Very good MS-Office skills and good English skills round off your profile
