Quality and Continuous Improvement Project Manager (M/F)

Within the group, you will lead strategic projects related to quality, certifications, and continuous improvement in order to support the performance, innovation, and transformation of the Group.

If you join our team, your main missions will be:

• Ensure the monitoring, renewal, and development of the Group's certifications and labels (ISO, OEKO-TEX, EcoVadis, GOTS, Bilan Carbone, etc.).
• Coordinate audits, prepare certification files, and ensure the compliance of processes and documentation.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing organization, tools, and working methods.
• Participate in the evolution of production systems as well as the continuous improvement of the website and the e-commerce platform.
• Support digital transformation projects and the deployment of innovative solutions, particularly those related to artificial intelligence.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects in collaboration with the various departments of the Group and external partners.
• Conduct monitoring of innovations, technologies, and best practices likely to strengthen the Group's competitiveness.
• Contribute to the promotion of innovations and provide support to teams on quality, certification, and process improvement topics.

Profile sought:

Ideally coming from a background in Quality, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement, you master IT tools, professional English, as well as the requirements related to various frameworks and certifications.

Recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your reactivity, you know how to manage several projects simultaneously and advance your files with autonomy.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate a true spirit of initiative. Curious and proactive, you are comfortable in constantly evolving environments and enjoy projects combining quality, innovation, and digital transformation.

A sensitivity to textile trades and a good understanding of the challenges related to quality, innovation, and production in this environment would be a real plus.

Your sense of responsibility, your adaptability, and your ability to bring different stakeholders together around common projects will be essential assets for succeeding in this position.
