Senior Officer / R&D Department Head (Cosmetics)

1. Research and development of various types of cosmetic product formulas such as Cream, Lotion, Gel, Cleansing Product, Body Care, Skin Care, etc.
2. Product experimentation and evaluation; recording / checking physical and chemical properties of products: Appearance - Color - Odor - pH - Viscosity - Specific Gravity - Homogeneity
3. Stability testing: preparing and conducting tests, and monitoring test results.
4. Pilot and Scale-up experimentation: preparing formulas and production methods, experimenting with production processes, monitoring and recording results, and supporting the transfer of formulas from the laboratory to Production.
5. Preparation of technical documents: such as preparing and controlling documents related to research and development.
6. Selection and evaluation of raw materials.
7. Coordination with relevant departments.
8. Supporting quality systems to comply with cosmetic GMP and ISO 22716.

Qualifications: All genders, aged between 24 - 36 years. Bachelor's degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields. 1 - 3 years of experience in Research & Development / Product Development for cosmetics. Clear fundamental knowledge of various product types such as cosmetics, skincare, and detergent products, with an understanding of product development. Understanding of raw materials and the properties of various cosmetic raw materials. Knowledge of Stability Test and knowledge of cosmetic GMP / ISO 22716. Able to read and understand English Technical Data documents. Experience in Pilot Scale / Scale-up / Production Transfer will be specially considered. Understanding of formulation design and adjustment / ability to analyze problems and find root causes / meticulous / good technical communication / able to prepare technical documents. Able to use and familiar with basic laboratory tools and equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to commute via personal vehicle (as the factory is located in Soi Wat Phanthai, Samut Sakhon, and there is no public transportation passing through).
