Al-Riyada Saudi Investment is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily administrative and operational activities of the office, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office.

Ensure the office is well-organized and fully operational at all times.

Coordinate with different departments and follow up on their operational and administrative needs.

Coordinate with government authorities and external entities and handle the required procedures and documentation.

Represent & Follow up on government-related procedures, including social insurance, tax-related matters, licenses, permits, and other official requirements.

Follow up on the renewal of office licenses, contracts, and service agreements.

Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers and ensure the quality of services provided.

Oversee office maintenance, cleaning, security, facilities, and other office services.

Monitor office requirements, supplies, equipment, and services and coordinate their availability.

Follow up on office procurement and operational expenses in accordance with approved procedures.

Coordinate and follow up on meetings, visitors, and internal office events.

Prepare regular administrative and operational reports and submit them to management.

Follow up on the implementation of management decisions and instructions and ensure timely completion.

Handle day-to-day operational issues and work with relevant departments to resolve them effectively.

Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Institutional Management , or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in office management, administration, or operations.

Previous experience dealing with government authorities and external entities.

Good knowledge of government procedures related to social insurance, taxes, licenses, permits, and other official requirements.

Experience in managing vendors, suppliers, service providers, and service contracts.

Strong organizational, follow-up, time management, and prioritization skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Word.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multi-department work environment.
