We are looking for our client starting immediately: 1 Market and Risk Controller

Full-time

Location: Linz

Your area of responsibility

• You analyze, measure, and monitor market and liquidity risks and create simulations, scenario analyses, as well as well-founded proposals for risk management.

• You further develop existing forecasting and risk models and integrate them into our technical systems.

• You are responsible for reporting in the market and liquidity risk area, create regulatory reports, and prepare decision-relevant information for management.

• You check new regulatory requirements (e.g., ILAAP, IRRBB) for their relevance and ensure their professional implementation.

• As an internal interface, you are available to specialist departments and projects as a competent contact person for questions regarding market and liquidity risks.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in risk management of a financial institution or a comparable environment.

• Sound understanding of banking business and relevant risk topics.

• Completed studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, or a similar field.

• Strong interest in financial markets, stock market topics, and economic developments.

• Good English skills in speaking and writing.

• Analytical thinking skills, independent and solution-oriented way of working.

• Enjoyment of teamwork and solving complex issues.

The minimum salary for the position as Market and Risk Controller is EUR 65,000.00 gross per year based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
