*Responsibilities and Duties*

• Responsible for the sale of new and used powersports vehicles and parts to include but not limited to: ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, trailers, snowmachines, tractors
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects based on their needs and wants.
• Demonstrates the ability to gather product information, pricing, make a presentation to the customer, submit detailed information for financing making it easy for the customer to buy.
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, company sponsored events, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
• Other duties as required by management

*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications*

• Be able to interact with customers and find a unit that meets or exceeds their expectations either on the phone, on the internet or in person.
• Have an interest in two or more of the powersport markets that we sell and have a passion for at least one of them.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Ability to achieve sales commitments that you forecast.
• Must have a clean driving record.
