Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor daily activities at the construction site to ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and workers to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
• Follow up on daily site progress and ensure that work is completed according to the agreed timeline.
• Inspect ongoing work and report any quality issues, delays, or deviations to the responsible team.
• Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used on site.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that workers follow the required safety procedures.
• Prepare daily site updates and report progress, issues, and required actions to management.
• Coordinate between different site teams to avoid delays and ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow up on finishing and construction activities and ensure proper handover of completed work.

Job Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in site supervision, construction, finishing, or related fields.

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor* is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing activities.
• Good ability to supervise workers and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow up on multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures.
• Ability to prepare basic daily progress reports.
