Mechanical Engineer – Hotels & Malls

- Monitor the performance and condition of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other mechanical systems.
- Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate the required corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure proper execution of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that mechanical systems are operating efficiently.
- Follow up on maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with required quality, safety, and facility standards.
- Support in identifying recurring technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates regarding ongoing activities and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in Hotels, Malls, or large commercial facilities is required.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance, and facility operations.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be a resident of 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
