My client is a highly respected construction recruitment business with an established presence across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their successful Temporary Construction division in Nottingham.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing a busy temporary construction desk, building long term relationships with clients while supplying high quality site based personnel.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients.
• Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients.
• Recruiting temporary construction personnel including Trades and Labour.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of available candidates.
• Conducting client visits and developing long term partnerships.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Negotiating rates and terms with both clients and candidates.
• Ensuring compliance is maintained throughout the recruitment process.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding monthly targets.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous 360 construction recruitment experience is essential.

• Proven success managing a temporary construction desk.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing accounts.
• Experience recruiting within Trades and Labour, Civil Engineering or the wider Built Environment.
• Commercially focused with a passion for developing new business.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
• Full UK driving licence.
