Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction

Your tasks

Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing business across the White Collar Construction market.

Your responsibilities will include

• Developing new business and winning new clients
• Building and managing your own client base
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing suitable candidates
• Managing permanent and/or temporary vacancies from start to finish
• Negotiating rates, terms and fees
• Building strong, long-term client and candidate relationships
• Developing a profitable recruitment desk
• Identifying opportunities to grow the division

Requirements

The Person Previous construction recruitment experience is essential for this position.

You will ideally be

• An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant from the construction sector
• Confident in business development and winning new clients
• Sales driven and commercially minded
• Comfortable developing a market rather than simply inheriting an established desk
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Entrepreneurial and keen to take ownership of your market
