We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Consultant to join a busy and fast-paced recruitment team specialising in the Industrial/driving sector

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing clients, and supporting industrial staff finding the right opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing business, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and drivers
• Sourcing, screening, and registering Industrial workers
• Managing bookings and ensuring staff availability
• Conducting compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
• Developing new business opportunities within the driving sector
• Providing excellent customer service and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment ideally have a good understand of an Industrial /driving desk
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence preferred
