Store Manager

At Rita, we continue to grow! Due to the opening of a new store, we will be incorporating a Store Manager with solid experience.

Your main functions will be:

• Leading the daily operation of the store, ensuring compliance with service, quality, and premises presentation standards.
• Managing actions oriented towards sales growth and the profitability of the unit.
• Monitoring management indicators and developing action plans to improve results.
• Supervising and supporting supervisors and collaborators in the development of their functions.
• Promoting continuous training of the team and detecting training needs.
• Ensuring the correct supply of inputs and products necessary for the operation.
• Supervising inventory control, orders, waste, and administrative processes of the store.
• Organizing and managing the resources of the premises, including schedules, shift coverage, vacations, and operational needs.
• Conducting interviews

Excluyente requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in specialty coffee shops.
• Vocation for service, results-oriented, with a marked commercial profile and communication skills.

Work Zone: CABA Advanced English
