Company Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for teaching staff at Risolvent Academy, located in Ashalaja, in the Ga South of the Greater Accra. The teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons in various subjects, assessing students’ progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment and working collaboratively with staff and parents to support student development and success. Qualifications

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education with the ability to create effective and engaging teaching materials Strong skills in Teaching and Training with the capability to effectively deliver lessons and facilitate learning Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and parents professionally Familiarity with educational practices, standards, and methods for language instruction Diploma in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred with good experience Certification or proven experience in teaching Asante Twi is highly advantageous Passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic success of students
