Versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Winter Season 2026-2027 Accommodation provided

In order to strengthen our teams during the winter season, we are recruiting for our Méribel Agency a maintenance technician from mid-November 2026 to the end of April 2027.

You will report to the Property Managers and the Operations Director.

Main Missions:

Maintenance and property management

• Be responsible for the proper working condition of apartments and chalets
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of property equipment, perform routine maintenance operations
• Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations to guarantee client comfort and safety: Intervention upon request from the Property Manager
• Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance work within the specified deadlines
• Diagnose breakdowns and propose effective solutions to remedy them

Miscellaneous

• Coordinate external service providers and collaborate with staff members for interventions requiring specialized skills (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
• Perform specific visits for the opening and closing of properties at the beginning and end of the season
• Document completed interventions for tracking and reporting
• Handle the handling and logistics of special equipment reserved by clients (delivery and installation of childcare equipment in apartments)
• Assist with the delivery and logistics of concierge services (delivery of client luggage, groceries, and parcels)
• Provide occasional support to the reception teams by ensuring client check-in and check-out directly on-site if needed

Conditions

• 39-hour contract from mid-November to the end of April
• 2 days off per week
• Salary according to profile
• Work on weekends and public holidays
