Reservation Agent (M/F)

Rising Stone Hospitality specializes in high-end rental management, property management, and premium concierge services in the heart of the most prestigious French Alps resorts.

Present in Méribel, Courchevel, and Les Menuires - Val Thorens, our team supports owners of exceptional properties as well as a demanding international clientele by offering a tailor-made experience, from reservation to the end of the stay.

As part of our development, Rising Stone Hospitality is looking for its future Reservation Agent in CDI for its Reservation Center in Moutiers and for reception and concierge missions.

Possessing a true sense of service, a commercial flair, and a strong customer orientation, you will be the preferred contact for our international tenant clients. You will actively participate in the development of our rental and concierge business, supporting our clients through all stages of their experience: from searching for and booking their accommodation to preparing for their arrival, including personalized follow-up during their stay and the coordination of offered services.

Reservations

• Marketing of stays for our French and foreign clients
• Assisting our clients with their procedures, answering their questions via email and telephone throughout the reservation process
• Processing and entering client reservations
• Administrative and financial management of reservation files: rigorous follow-up of files, monitoring of payments, and follow-up on contract balances.
• Active participation in the quality of the customer journey to optimize loyalty
• Computer entry and configuration of product descriptions and inventories in the professional software for distribution on the web and gateways
• Acting as the guarantor for the follow-up and compliance with the TRACFIN protocol internally (training will be provided)
• Ensuring the archiving of elements in the company cloud
• Occasional reception of arrivals/departures in the 3 Vallées on weekends

Concierge

• Preparing client stays from the moment of reservation
• Providing information and advice on local attractions, events, and available services
• Organizing and booking services and activities requested by clients
• Ensuring the follow-up of client expenses and billing before and at the end of their stay
