In order to strengthen our teams during the winter season, we are recruiting a Receptionist for our Méribel Agency. You will report to the Property Manager and the Directrice d'Exploitation.

Main Missions:

Client Welcome and Stay (Check In)

  • Welcome clients upon arrival by creating a warm and professional atmosphere
  • Manage arrival check-ins, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
  • Manage the arrival inventory/condition report in connection with clients
  • Answer client questions and resolve problems in a quick and courteous manner
  • Communicate with the Property Manager regarding any issues concerning the apartment/chalet
  • Ensure the delivery of services ordered by clients: breakfasts, groceries, parcels, and others.

Client Departure (check out)

  • Perform the departure inventory/condition report
  • Conduct a satisfaction review of the clients' stay
  • Note reservation requests or inquiries for the following winter
  • Ensure a verification of apartments after departure to guarantee they are in good condition and report any anomalies for corrective action (breakages, stains...)

Preparation of apartments prior to client arrival

  • Manage the schedule of service provider interventions for cleaning properties according to the apartment occupancy schedule
  • Manage linen orders with the laundry and maintain sufficient stock in case of urgent replacement needs
  • Prepare welcome bags for the apartments
  • Verification of high-end properties in view of arrivals (fireplace fire, welcome products, linen, groceries...).
  • Act as guarantor of the property's cleanliness after the cleaning teams have passed through.
  • Coordinate with the concierge to ensure that the welcome pack is in the accommodation as well as any orders made by clients (ski passes, flowers, groceries...)

Property management during the season

  • Act as guarantor of the cleanliness of apartments under rental management and personal occupation
  • Master the habits of the owners
  • Perform a precise inventory of all furniture and equipment in the apartments at the beginning and end of the season
  • Perform an inventory of owner's linen at the beginning and end of the season and manage the stock throughout the season

Conditions
