o 48h to act upon material escalations, o <15 days mean time for IOH closure, o <180 days mean time for CAR closure, o <5 working days prior EOM for TOA ticket submission.

  • Maintain high accuracy for placement (correct item, correct quantity, correct supplier) and ensure KPIs are tracked and met on a weekly basis.
  • Meet SLAs for Laminar tickets processing (MHE and ad-hoc requests): o High – same day (~4h), o Medium – within 1 business day, o Low – within 2 business days

Earn Trust

  • Build credibility with cluster leads and Startup PMs through accurate and timely execution.
  • Communicate proactively and timely when issues arise and follow through on commitments, maintain transparency in reporting and escalation.
  • Proactively participate in main execution forums: Internal kick-off project calls, Escalation calls, Equipment calls, IOH/CAD review calls, WBRs and Ordering calls.

Dive Deep

  • Understand the root cause of PO rejections, wrong item/quantity rates and IOH cases and act upon it to both resolve cases for the executed projects and provide a long-term solution.

Customer Obsession

  • Understand the downstream impact of late PO placement, unresolved escalations and IOH cases on launch timelines to act accordingly to protect the customer experience.
  • Proactively take initiative to unblock PO workflows, resolve system issues and support cluster teams.
  • Treat cluster leads as internal customers and respond to their requests within SLA.

Ownership

  • Proactively escalate any project risks linked to late PO placement and approval.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for assigned tasks and propose resolutions.
  • Provide timely status updates on the project execution progress to cluster PMs

Learn and be Curious

  • Comply with deadlines to meet the obligatory training assigned.
  • Proactively close the gaps in training and build expertise in critical supply chain processes such as ordering, IOH/CAD and CAR closure, escalation handling, inventory control and transfer management
  • Seek to understand new processes, systems and best practices that can improve the quality and efficiency of execution.

Insist on Highest Standards

  • Hold yourself to a high bar on PO accuracy, SLA adherence and data quality.
  • Meet the KPIs for PO quality and SLAs assigned per process
