Job Description We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives & Outbound Sales Representatives who speak English or French or German or Spanish to join our international customer support team in Maadi Technology Park, Cairo. If you have great communication skills and a passion for helping people, we’d love to meet you! What You Will Be Doing Do you have a passion for helping others? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. During a Typical Day, You’ll Answer incoming communications from customers.

Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

Job Details Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo

Working Hours: 9-hour rotational shifts

Days Off: 2 per week

Job Requirements C1 Main language Level & B1+ and B2 English Level

Minimum 2 Years of customer service experience or Sales (call center or similar).

Graduates only

Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on rotational shifts (9 hours) with 2 days off weekly.

Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
