We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our recruitment venture based in Northampton. This business started in January 2024 and in some respects still has a “start up” feel but with investment from a large family company, who have been successfully operating for over 50 years.

The Talent Partner will provide a high-touch, seamless recruitment service ensuring that the client and candidate experience is always at the forefront of everything they do. They will provide a proactive and consultative service to clients by expertly finding them the best talent on the market whilst helping candidates to find their perfect job.
