You will be responsible for leading and developing the technical team, driving food safety culture and ensuring the site maintains the highest standards of safety, legality and quality. You will oversee HACCP and the Quality Management System, take responsibility for customer and third-party audits, manage technical KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the site. This role would suit an experienced Technical Manager from a food background looking to step into a senior position. The role: Lead the site's technical function and manage the Factory Technical Manager, Technical Services Manager and Compliance Manager Take ownership of food safety, quality, ACCP, QMS, retailer compliance and customer/third-party audits Drive technical strategy and KPI performance The candidate Technical Manager Food manufacturing background Experience with BRC standards and retailer codes of practice
