Your tasks
On offer is an excellent opportunity to lead a specialist engineering team, playing a key role in new product introduction, quality improvement and technical development within a successful international business.
In this varied role, you will manage a small team of Engineers overseeing product approvals, quality inspections, technical support and continuous improvement projects. You will also support new product introductions, supplier audits and engineering projects, working closely with various departments across the business.

- Engineering Team Leader / Quality Team Leader / Product Engineer / Technical Team Leader / Engineering Manager.
- Management or Senior experience
- Experience with quality, ISO 9001, continuous improvement and NPI.
- Commutable to Banbury.

The Role
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm.
- Leading a small team, supporting product engineering, quality and new product introductions.
- Occasional travel to other sites.
