This company are a leading UK manufacturer who have a history of investing in people's development and careers. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to add to their specialist engineering function.

Your tasks

In this role you will be responsible for the performance and improvement of the manufacturing process, including production and maintenance, working across multiple departments to fulfil exciting projects.

• Office based and hands on in factory
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Requirements

Are you a Mechanical Engineering Graduate who is looking to kickstart your career within Manufacturing, with full training within an established organisation who will invest in additional qualifications such as six sigma and Prince2, allowing you to progress your career?

This role would suit a graduate with a mechanical background, who is either looking to kickstart their career or already has some experience in a similar role.

The Person

• Mechanical Degree (or closely related discipline)
• Useful to have process / manufacturing mindset with strong problem-solving and data skills

What we offer

Graduate Process Engineer (Full Training) £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Six Sigma / PRINCE2 Training + Graded Progression + Pension + Holiday
