You'll carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services, helping ensure critical equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently.

Your tasks

• Complete planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
• Ongoing training and development
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Requirements

Are you a Mechanical Engineer from a building services/facilities maintenance background, looking for a mobile position with plenty of overtime earning potential?

This position would suit a Mechanical Engineer from a FM or building services background looking for a mobile role with overtime earning potential.

The Candidate

• Apprentice-trained/NVQ qualified Engineer
• Previous experience within building services/facilities maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
