Learning & Development Specialist Cardiff - Hybrid £30,000 - £35,000 + Holiday + Pension + Hybrid + Discounts Are you an experienced IT Trainer looking to join a leading professional services organisation where you will play a key role in staff development, new starter inductions and the successful rollout of new systems across multiple UK locations? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with more than 700 employees, taking responsibility for delivering engaging IT and general induction training both face-to-face and remotely. You will deliver weekly new starter inductions, coordinate training for existing employees and provide training following new system rollouts. Alongside delivery, you will develop learning materials, identify training requirements and provide support through the internal IT channel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering systems and software training alongside excellent general IT knowledge, particularly Windows 11 and Microsoft Office. Experience with legal-sector systems would be advantageous but is not essential. You will be primarily Cardiff based, with occasional travel to other UK offices, offering a varied role within an established and growing professional organisation. The Role: Deliver face-to-face and remote IT training and new starter inductions Coordinate staff training and support new system rollouts Develop training plans, learning resources and departmental guides Identify learning requirements and provide IT support Occasional travel to other UK offices The Person: Experienced IT Trainer with systems/software training experience Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft Office knowledge Confident delivering both face-to-face and remote training Experience with iManage, Visualfiles or legal software is advantageous Comfortable with occasional UK travel Reference Number: BBBH280301
